Thank you for using BeaconCloud. This page describes how we collect, use and handle your information when this application is used by you.

Please note that Beacon Protection Group LLC may, at any time and at their discretion, change part of or the entire privacy policy. Any changes made will be noted on this web page. Continued use of the BeaconCloud application constitutes an acknowledgment of your acceptance of this policy. The date listed at the top of this page will indicate when the latest policy has taken effect.

What Information is Collected

In order to use the application, we request users to provide the following Personal and Device Information.

Personal Information:

• During the registration process, we collect the following information: name, email, password, and a username to identify your account. You can also choose to supply additional information about your company and mailing address but this is not required.
• The information you provide is used to uniquely identify you and give you private access to the service.

Device Information:

• We require some information regarding IP camera devices that are connected to the application. This includes but is not limited to, model and serial number, network information (including IP address), device username and password, device activity logs, and general device configuration.
• IP camera’s audio and video data will be transmitted to our servers where it is stored securely to ensure you can access live and playback video.

You can delete your account at any time, and all Personal and Device Information, along with any stored media (video or images) will be permanently deleted.

Distribution of Information

We will not share your Personal Information with anyone unless we are required by law or you have provided consent to do so.
